Welcome to Flatbush

MIDWOOD is located in the southern part of Brooklyn and gets its name from its original landscape being in the middle of woods. The area is known for its large inventory of beautiful single and multi-family homes (some mansion size), alongside mid-century built co-op and rental buildings. Midwood is a residential community that offers access to many nearby cultural and educational institutions, kosher eateries, historic synagogues and local mom-and-pop shops. Residents can also easily access the Kings Plaza shopping mall, as well as the beaches and activities of the south Brooklyn waterfront.
