SHEEPSHEAD BAY is located in the southernmost part of Brooklyn and sits on a waterfront bay facing south towards Manhattan Beach and the Atlantic ocean, with Marine Park to its east. Its housing stock consists primarily of single and multi-family houses, and pre/ post war apartment buildings. Known for its marina which hosts numerous fishing boats and also charter boats for recreational fishing, the neighborhood is also a dining destination for seafood and international cuisine from the Middle East to Eastern Europe.
