Kamila Washington is a born and bred New Yorker that loves her city for all the beautiful experiences and opportunities unique to New York. As an attorney for almost 20 years, she has extensive experience in mortgage-backed securities, regulatory real estate, contract negotiations, buyouts, and closings. She has worked with developers and building owners in Brooklyn, Queens and Manhattan and is a formidable negotiator for both buyers and sellers.

Kamila became a landlord in 2015 and began renovating her first rental property. She formed K. Washington Realty in 2019 to assist friends and colleagues who frequently requested her assistance in home renovations, as well as buying and selling property. Today, K. Washington Realty is a rapidly growing team of diverse and experienced consultants rooted in our city’s communities.
